What is your role with CRM-CEM?

I am the point person for our firm's customer consulting practice and have more than 20 years of international experience. I have consulted to most of the leading CRM firms, and as such have a good understanding of how they might add value. My goal is to help firms reap the value of increased revenues via one of their most neglected assets - their customers.I have 25 years experience working in a wide array of executive management positions; I'm known for thought leadership in CRM/CEM and expertise in P&L management, international business development, process reengineering, and strategy design/execution. I've helped drive dynamic gains in revenue, profit and performance for the enterprise in start-up and mature environments and have worked with Fortune 500 clients in telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate, health care, retail and energy sectors. I also have PMO and consulting experience in many functional areas including: reengineering, strategic planning, marketing and pricing strategies, information technology, and product development. For several years prior to Clinton Rubin, I founded a highly successful international CRM/CEM consulting firm. I also built and ran consulting practices for IBM and KPMG.
